Since the beginning of the pandemic, racing in real life has become difficult for a myriad of reasons. It was hard to get out at the beginning, but as time went on, many sponsors were holding their funds to take care of their employees instead of marketing in racing. It turns out, e-sports is a lot less expensive, and there’s a lot of viewership since March 2020.<\/p>\n
That first year, I was not a regular as I was hustling to make a living, but I think I still came in 4th in the Porsche Owners’ Club sim-racing series. Honing my sim-racing skills, I’ve worked my way up to having a serious shot at the championship for this season.<\/p>\n
